One, define goals clearly. Every member of your team should be able to tell you what the business core goals are. Don't be shocked if your team can not, it's a common problem we help our clients overcome.
Two, understand the requirements. Often times education is the factor that holds most decisions back. Finding the right answers to key questions regarding cost, implementation, maintenance, and expansion are not clearly laid out and therefore never addressed. Anticipation of what lays ahead of choice is just as important as the choice itself.
Third, define measurement. Goals should have tangible and quantifiable outcomes that can be measured. By ensuring our solutions can be measured we ensure our focus on ROI.
